Ingredients are organic whey protein concentrate and organic sunflower lecithin. Contains milk. Packed in a facility that handles milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, soybean and sesame. Leucine (2279 mg) and BCAA total (leucine 2279 + isoleucine 1358 + valine 1361 mg) come from the label's 'typical amino acid profile' per 28 g. 'Certified Organic by QAI' (USDA organic program) on the label.
