Label panel (Chocolate, 400 g, in Amazon.in listing B07ZHKSHQF) gives values per 100 g of powder: 366 kcal, 11.0 g protein, 0.8 g fat, 77.2 g carbohydrate, 39.0 g total sugars, 24.0 g added sugars (all sucrose), 270 mg sodium. One serve is about 30 g in 150 ml cow's milk or 120 ml water, twice a day. Values here are the per-100 g figures x 0.30 and are for the powder only. Added sugar is about 7.2 g per serve.
