Buying for a child

Age range from the brand: 2–6 years. This label starts below age 4. We don’t tag products for children under 4: please ask your pediatrician about this one. Most kids get enough protein from food, and our score is built for adult protein powders, so a kids' nutrition shake scores lower on protein density by design. Check with your pediatrician before adding a shake. What to look for in a kids' protein shake

Indian-market product; price fields null. Local price: Rs 649 for 350 g on Amazon.in and Blinkit, 2026-10-14. The brand's Shopify store (littlejoys.in) showed 'Store unavailable' on 2026-10-14, so the label comes from the full wrap-around label image in Amazon.in listing B0B4RXZJP2 (Chocolate, 2–6 years). Per 30 g serve: 99.75 kcal, 5.0 g protein, 17.83 g carbs, 12.73 g total sugars, 4.86 g added sugars, 2.05 g fibre, 0.94 g fat, 70 mg sodium, 20 mg DHA, 7.5 µg vitamin D3; 11 servings per 350 g. Newer pack fronts in the same listing say '6g per serving', so the current formula may have slightly more protein than this label shows. Ingredients: protein mix (skim milk powder and a protein concentrate whose name is cut off in the image), cereal and millet mix (barley malt extract, ragi, jowar, bajra, almond and walnut powder), jaggery and date powder, cocoa solids, nature-identical flavours, inulin, algal DHA, enzymes (amylase, cellulase), vitamins and minerals. Label allergen info: contains milk, nuts and barley. Mix 2 scoops into 200 ml milk, once a day; values are for the powder only. The brand claims no refined sugar, no artificial sweeteners and per-batch lab testing for protein and heavy metals (not a named third-party program). Not marketed as complete nutrition. Separate 7–12 (9 g protein) and 13+ (12 g protein) Nutrimix variants exist and are not covered here.
